March 2 is NEA’s Read Across America Day

The National Education Association built Read Across America Day to focus on motivating children and teens to attend read-through events, partnerships and reading resources. Read Across America Day takes place on March 2 to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss. All across the country thousands of schools, libraries and community centers are bringing kids, teens and books together through this signature program.
