Music: The Universal Conduit of Poetry

13 Jul

music, poetry, rhythm

The poetry of rhythm creates a universal language of music!

Music soothes the spirit and speaks to the soul. Music is healing. Music is revolutionary. Think about the genre of music that ministers to your spirit and bridges peace and awareness. Think about music that quiets your being and promotes love and unity.

People feel music differently. What song or instrumental version made you stop, reflect, smile or even cry? How does music move you?

I think music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music. -Billy Joel

I am from the old school! I like to listen to my music through speakers that are two feet high rather than just a pair of earbuds. There is no music better than music that you can feel. Virtual music just doesn’t cut it for me!

OMG, I so agree with the style of music you describe. Give me real instruments for goodness sakes, played by real musicians. That’s the kind of flow I can connect to! 😉
